The SpringHill location was a little bit tucked in the back off the main road. At first we passed it. Yet we found it in the pouring rain. The lady at the front desk did everything she could to get our reservation to come up from booking. com. Dell was a sweetheart with impeccable care and concern for our reservation. She did everything she could while still handling everything at the front desk as other guests came in for the night stay. Dell even called the GM who was off sight to help.

Springhill suites, enrichment heel is obviously knew and clean and comfortable. Check out is actually 12 noon, which is unusual, because At most hotels, you are required to check out by 11 AM. The room was spacious and the furniture was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly. Dental, at the front desk was so very nice and fun to talk to you. The breakfast area was incredible! They were such a good variety of great food eat, and it was nice and clean and neat in that area.

The location was right for me, as I was ready to stop for the night. Found a nice restaurant with a full-service bar about a mile east of the hotel, the only other choices I could find at night were fast-food. Look for the entry sign, the hotel is set back a piece from the highway.

Breakfast was very tasty. Nice selection and variety. The hotel was easy to get to from the expressway. The view out the room was impressive. It was a nice view of the entrance to the street. It felt like you were looking out a balcony window of a mansion and the ride from the street to the entrance was long. The room had a warm and inviting feeling.

Check-in was smooth and front desk associate was fantastic, very charismatic. The room was clean and stocked well. The breakfast was pretty good.

Room was immaculately clean, fresh, and new. It was spacious and modern. The shower pressure was phenomenal. The parking was easy. Check in was smooth. Breakfast had a large and tasty selection.

Absolutely beautiful property, great staff, VERY clean. The rooms were amazing. I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotels and this one blew me away. I was not expecting much & it bypassed my standards! The check in staff was great! She gave of an idea of where to get some food. The breakfast was very good. Probably one of the top 3 hotels I’ve stayed in!

Right off of I-95 and super convenient. Good food choices around. The night staff was phenomenal and breakfast was very busy but efficiently run. The train wasn’t a problem at all -!it was about as loud as the air conditioning turning on. The king bed was firm but comfortable. The couch is wide as the back cushions come off to turn into a bed. Don’t forget to ask for extra sheets and pillows if you have someone sleeping on the trundle bed AND someone on the couch as the room only has a bundle of sheets and blanket for one of them to be made up.

Brand new hotel with modern decor and an awesome bathroom with a glass door shower. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. A housekeeping staff member joined us in the elevator and asked us if we were enjoying our stay. I’ve never had that happen before. Maybe it’s just southern hospitality lol.
